- OUR PRODUCTS
We sell a 5-piece adhesive shower caddy set made of rustproof stainless steel. The product page lists all specifications: dimensions, materials, weight capacity (40 lbs per adhesive), and surface compatibility.
We describe our products accurately, but screens display colors differently. The brushed steel finish might look slightly warmer or cooler on your screen than in person. This is normal.
Important: The adhesive strips are designed for smooth, non-porous surfaces — tile, glass, marble, metal. They will not adhere properly to painted drywall, textured surfaces, wallpaper, or wood. Read the installation instructions before sticking them to your wall.

- ORDERS AND PAYMENT
When you place an order, you offer to buy the product at the listed price. We accept that offer when we send a confirmation email with your order number.
All prices are in US dollars. We accept credit cards and PayPal. Payment is taken at the time of order, not when the product ships.
If we cannot fulfill your order — inventory error, system glitch, alien invasion — we cancel it and refund you completely.
We charge sales tax as required by your state and local laws. Any tax appears at checkout before you pay.

Free shipping on all orders, US and Canada only. Estimated delivery: 5-10 business days continental US, 10-15 days for Alaska, Hawaii, territories, and Canada.
Risk of loss transfers to you when the carrier marks the package delivered at your address. If the package is stolen or lost after confirmed delivery, see our Shipping Policy for how we handle it.

Full details in our Return Policy. Short version: 30 days, free return shipping, full refund for items in original condition. Defective products get replaced, no return necessary.

- Damage caused by improper installation (e.g., sticking adhesives to textured walls, overloading beyond 40 lbs)
- Injury from misuse (e.g., standing on a shower caddy — please do not do this)

- Delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, or force majeure events
Our maximum liability for any claim is the amount you paid for the product in question. This is a $13.99 shower caddy, not a medical device or a nuclear reactor.
