HOW LONG IT TAKES

Processing (before it leaves our warehouse):

  • Orders by 2:00 PM Pacific — same business day
  • After 2:00 PM or weekends/holidays — next business day
  • Average: 1 business day

Transit (once the carrier picks it up):

  • Continental US — 3 to 7 business days
  • Alaska, Hawaii, US territories — 5 to 7 business days
  • Canada — 5 to 7 business days

You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the label is created. Delivery windows are estimates — weather, holidays, and carrier volume can stretch them by a day or two.

WHAT TO DO IF YOUR PACKAGE HAS ISSUES

Box looks crushed on arrival? Take a photo of the box before opening, then photograph any damaged contents inside. Send both to [email protected]. We handle the carrier claim. You get a replacement shipped immediately.

Tracking says “Delivered” but there’s no package? Check with neighbors, your building office, and around your property (side door, back porch, behind planters). Wait 24 hours — carriers sometimes scan packages a day early. If still missing, email us. We investigate with the carrier and ship a replacement if it cannot be found.

Wrong address on your order? Email us immediately with the correction. If the order has not shipped yet, we fix it. If it has, we try to intercept — no promises, but we try.
