Five Promises About Your Information
We believe a privacy policy should read like a promise, not a contract. Here are five promises we make about the information you share with us. If we ever break one, you can hold us to it.

PROMISE 1: WE ONLY ASK FOR WHAT WE NEED
When you buy a shower caddy from us, we ask for:
- Your name — so the shipping label is not blank
- Your email — so we can send you an order confirmation and tracking number
- Your shipping address — so the package arrives at your door, not someone else’s
- Your phone number — so the delivery driver can reach you if there is a problem at your building or gate
That is the list. We do not ask for your birthday, your job title, your household size, or anything else. A shower shelf does not need your life story.

PROMISE 2: WE NEVER TOUCH YOUR PAYMENT DATA
When you pay, you enter your card details into a form hosted by our payment processor (Stripe or PayPal). Those numbers travel directly from your browser to their secure servers. We never see your full card number. We never store it on our systems. We only receive a confirmation: “paid — $13.99.”
If you think of your data like mail: we see the envelope, but the payment processor handles the contents.

PROMISE 3: WE DO NOT SELL OR TRADE YOUR INFORMATION
Full stop. No data brokers. No marketing list sales. No “trusted partners” that are really just advertisers wearing a different hat. Your name, address, and order history stay inside HomewareHub and the two services we rely on: our payment processor and the shipping carrier. Neither of them is allowed to use your data for their own marketing.

PROMISE 4: WE KEEP YOUR DATA SAFE
The website runs on SSL encryption (the padlock icon in your browser). Our customer database is password-protected and access-restricted. Only the staff member processing your order can see your shipping address. There is no giant spreadsheet of customer data floating around the office.
If a security breach ever exposes your personal information, we will notify you by email within 72 hours of discovering it.

PROMISE 5: YOU CONTROL YOUR DATA
You can ask us any of these things at any time:
→ “What do you have on me?” — We reply within 5 business days with a full export of your name, address, email, phone, and order history. It will be a short file because we keep very little.
→ “Delete my information.” — If you have no open orders or active returns, we delete everything within 10 business days. Confirmed by email.
→ “Correct my address.” — If you notice a typo after ordering, email us immediately. If the order has not shipped, we fix it in minutes.
Send any of these requests to [email protected]. No forms, no verification codes, no hoops. Just an email.

COOKIES
Our site uses two kinds of cookies:
Essential cookies — These keep your shopping cart alive as you browse. Without them, adding an item to your cart would be like writing a grocery list in disappearing ink. You cannot turn these off; the store would not work.
Analytics cookies — These tell us roughly how many people visit, which pages they see, and whether they came from Google or typed the URL directly. The data is anonymized — we see “85 visitors from California today,” not “Sarah at 123 Main Street clicked the shower caddy page at 3:14 PM.”
We do not use advertising cookies. We do not follow you around the internet showing you shower caddy ads after you already bought one.
You can block analytics cookies through the cookie banner on your first visit or through your browser settings.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Our store is for adults buying home organization products. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us their information, email us and we will delete it.
