30 DAYS, NO QUESTIONS
You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to return the shower caddy set. The reason can be anything:
It does not match your bathroom tiles.
It is bigger than you expected.
It is smaller than you expected.
You changed your mind about the brushed steel finish.
You decided to go with a tension-pole caddy instead.
Your partner does not like the look of it.
No explanation needed. This is a $13.99 product — returning it should not feel like applying for a mortgage.

CONDITIONS
Returned items must be:
- Clean and dry — no soap residue, no water spots, no rust (the unit is rustproof, so this should not be an issue)
- All 5 pieces included — 2 shower caddies, 2 soap holders, 1 toothbrush holder, and all 5 adhesive strips (even if used)
- No physical damage — no bends, deep scratches, or broken welds
Original packaging is great if you kept it, but not required. Wrap the pieces in bubble wrap or a towel and put them in any sturdy box.

HOW TO RETURN
- Email [email protected] with your order number. Subject: “Return Request.”
- We reply within 24 hours with a prepaid return label.
- Pack the set, attach the label, drop it at the carrier location.
- Once the warehouse receives and checks the set, your refund is issued within 5 business days to your original payment method.
Return shipping is free. You do not pay a dime.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If any piece arrives defective — a caddy with a faulty weld, an adhesive strip that fails to hold (after proper installation on a smooth surface), a soap holder with a sharp edge — email us immediately.
We send a replacement set right away, no return required. Just include a photo of the defect so our quality team can investigate.
Proper installation matters: The adhesives are designed for smooth, non-porous surfaces like tile, glass, marble, and metal. They will not hold on painted drywall, textured surfaces, or wallpaper. If your adhesive fails on one of those surfaces, it is not a product defect — but email us anyway and we will work something out.

REFUNDS
- Refund goes to the card or PayPal account you paid with
- Processing: up to 5 business days after we confirm the return
- Your bank may take 2-5 extra days to display the refund
- If we made a mistake (wrong product, defective item), we refund the full amount and cover all shipping. Always.
